Collaborating with Widiatmika High School Students, Kok Bisa? held Green Creator Academy in Bali

MANGUPURA – On May 20-21, 2022, Kok Bisa?, an educational media channel through animated story videos, held a Green Creator Academy activity in Bali.

This activity collaborates with Widiatmika High School students, Jimbaran, Badung, Bali. Apart from cooperating with Widiatmika High School, Kok Bisa? also collaborates with the environmental care community in Bali, Sea Soldier, as a partner in providing education to students.

Kok Bisa Green Creator Academy (KBGC) Media Project Officer Fakhri Kusuma said KBGC is an influencer boot camp program that focuses on the environment. One of the programs is local impact, where influencers will collaborate with schools and local environmental communities.

In Bali, two content creators or influencers from KBGC participants accompany the Widiatmika High School student. They are Josephine Cassandra, an Instagram content creator, and Novita Ayu Matoneng on Tiktok content.

"For the first day, sharing sessions were held, and providing education to students in schools was held at Widiatmika High School. We introduced the KBGC, there were materials on climate change, and we shared about mangrove forests and waste with Sea Soldier," said Fakhri.

On the first day, 30 Widiatmika High School students participated. Then, on the second day, it was continued with an outing in the mangrove forest located on Telaga Waja Pratama road, Tanjung Benoa Nusa Dua, Badung. These activities include sorting garbage, cleaning the beach, and planting mangroves. In addition, there are also recreational activities in the mangrove forest.

"Because Sea Soldier focuses on nature conservation in marine and coastal areas, we carry out these activities in mangrove forests and b" aches," he said.

Fakhri said that by cooperating with school students, especially Widiatmika High School, he would provide education to the school related to the environment. Furthermore, students are expected to be able to create content to be distributed on their respective platforms so that they can spread this concern to other students and the community.

In practice, students are also tasked with creating content related to the activities that are followed and the results obtained after these activities. In addition, the team, Kok Bisa? will also make a post-event video, an amalgamation of videos made by participants.

"We will share the video on our platform," he said.
