Q: When will Widiatmika School open registration?
A: The registration for new students for the academic year 2024/2025 has already been open since  November 1, 2023.
 

Q: When is the registration closed?
A: Widiatmika School uses a quota system. Registration will be closed if the quota for each level has been fulfilled. This allows Widiatmika School to close its registration before other schools close theirs.


Q: What curriculum does Widiatmika School use?
A: After successfully becoming the 2013 Curriculum Piloting School, Widiatmika School is now trusted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology as a Driving School to implement the Independent Learning Curriculum. This curriculum is developed as a more flexible curriculum framework, while also focusing on essential material and the development of students' character and competencies.

The main characteristics of this curriculum that support learning recovery are: Project-based learning for the development of soft skills and character in accordance with the Pancasila student profile Focus on essential material so there is enough time for in-depth learning for basic competencies such as literacy and numeracy Flexibility for teachers to conduct differentiated learning according to students' abilities and to adjust to local contexts and content.

Q: Has Widiatmika School been accredited?
A: Widiatmika School has been accredited by the National Accreditation Agency with scores of 95 for early childhood education, 98 for primary school, 96 for junior high school, 89 for senior high school, and 85 for vocational high school.

Q: What is the schedule of Widiatmika School?
A: Generally, learning hours start from 07:30 until 15:45 from Monday to Friday. Widiatmika School is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

Q: Does that mean students learn in the classroom until the afternoon?
A: No, the schedule includes extracurricular, co-curricular, and intra-curricular activities. Students can develop their interests and talents well at Widiatmika School.

Q: Does Widiatmika School provide foreign language subjects?
A: In addition to Indonesian and Balinese, we also facilitate students with English and Japanese language subjects.

Q: How is character education instilled in students?
A: Since 2016, Widiatmika School has been designated as a Character Education (PPK) Pilot School, emphasizing religious, nationalistic, integrity, independence, and mutual cooperation values. In addition, for three consecutive years, Widiatmika School has also been a National Quality Cultural School.

 

Q: How do students understand the meaning of diversity?
A: Widiatmika students come not only from various regions in Indonesia but also from foreign countries such as Japan, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, the Czech Republic, Madagascar, England, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and many more. They can understand each other's diversity directly.

 

Q: How much does it cost to attend Widiatmika School?
J: Currently, the school fees are as follows:

Get a tuition scholarship of Rp 200,000 per month until graduation by enrolling in Phase I

  • Playgroup:

Rp 12,110,000 + Monthly tuition fee of Rp 960,000

  • Kindergarten A:

Rp 12,165,000 + Monthly tuition fee of Rp 1,015,000

  • Kindergarten B:

Rp 12,825,000 + Monthly tuition fee of Rp 1,125,000

  • Elementary School:

Rp 16,420,000 (Widiatmika Kindergarten Alumni)
Rp 17,420,000 (Non-alumni)
+ Monthly tuition fee of Rp 1,150,000

  • Middle School:

Rp 17,570,000 (Widiatmika Elementary School Alumni)
Rp 18,570,000 (Non-alumni)
+ Monthly tuition fee of Rp 1,150,000

  • High School:

Rp 19,420,000 (Widiatmika Middle School Alumni)

All of the above costs already include building fees, uniforms, equipment, books, and the first month's tuition fee.

 

Q: How much are the equipment/activities fees that students have to pay each year?
A: For students who register in the 2024/2025 academic year, the breakdown is as follows:

  • Kindergarten: Rp 3,500,000
  • Elementary School: Rp 3,000,000
  • Middle School: Rp 3,600,000
  • High School: Rp 5,170,000
  • Vocational School: Rp 5,170,000


Q: Is there a special scholarship if I register early?
A: Yes. Here are the details:

  • Registration in November-December: Rp 3,000,000 scholarship
  • Registration in January-February: Rp 1,500,000 scholarship
  • Registration in March-April: Rp 1,000,000 scholarship

 

Q: Does Widiatmika School provide other scholarships?
A: Yes. Widiatmika School provides opportunities for anyone who wants to learn and achieve. Special scholarships may also apply to twins, siblings (1 level), and outstanding students. Please contact the school administration department of each level regarding this matter.
