B. School Mission
To realize the vision at Widiatmika Middle School, the following mission indicators are set.

 

B.1 Achieving excellence in academic and non-academic fields

  • Fulfillment of educator qualifications: minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), at least 20% with Master’s degree (S2); education personnel at least senior high school or vocational equivalent.

  • Ongoing curriculum review.

  • Conducting and participating in MGMP-based workshops on Learning Outcomes (CP) and Learning Objective Sequences (ATP).

  • Designing and implementing Student Profile activities to support differentiated instruction.

  • Conducting workshops on deeper learning approaches.

  • Implementing constructivist learning that is interactive, inspiring, enjoyable, challenging, motivating, and provides room for initiative, creativity, and independence.

  • Consistent activities within the Widya Bakti Learning Community to realize the new learning paradigm through “Ngopi Senja” (Ngobrol Pintar Selasa dan Jumat).

  • Implementing Mastery-Based Learning.

  • Implementing authentic assessment (written tests, oral tests, assignments, projects, performance, products, and portfolios).

  • Coaching of student organizations (OSIS, Scouts, PMR, and KSPAN).

  • World AIDS Day activities.

  • PMI Day activities.

  • Orientation Week (MPLS).

  • Oral and written dissemination of school regulations.

  • Continuous enforcement of discipline.

  • Anti-bullying program “Widiatmika Bebas Bullying.”

  • Sanctions applied in accordance with regulations.

C. School Goals
School goals at Widiatmika Middle School are steps to realize the vision within a defined timeframe. For the 2025/2026 school year, the following goals are set.

  • Implementation of activities that foster nationalism, integrity, independence, and mutual cooperation, including Monday and national day flag ceremonies, singing mandatory national songs before lessons, classroom clean-up before dismissal, honesty canteen, coaching of OSIS, Scouts, PMR, and KSPAN, World AIDS Day and PMI Day activities, Orientation Week (MPLS), dissemination of school regulations orally and in writing, continuous discipline enforcement, the “Widiatmika Bebas Bullying” program, sanctions in accordance with regulations, community service, commemoration of national days, Friday–Saturday Camping (Perjusa), outreach in collaboration with government agencies (Police, Community Health Centers, BNPB, BNN), and ensuring learning fulfillment for students absent due to illness, permission, or other reasons.

  • Advancement of education that upholds the eight Graduate Profile dimensions through scheduled co-curricular activities coordinated by the Co-curricular Team, integration of the Graduate Profile dimensions in lesson planning, instruction, and assessment for all subjects, integration in daily routines and school culture, implementation of the Jimbaran Education Festival (JEF), and socialization to increase student awareness of the dangers and impacts of smoking, alcohol, and drugs.
